• Payment data: processed by our payment provider (Stripe or Whop); we never store full card numbers. We retain a customer reference and the last 4 digits and brand of the card used.
• Usage data: pages visited, lessons started and completed, time on each lesson, IP address, browser user-agent, device identifiers and session identifiers.
• Consent records: the text of every checkbox you tick, with timestamp, IP and user-agent, retained for dispute defence.
• Communications: emails, messages and support tickets you exchange with us.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To deliver the product you purchased and operate your account.
• To process payments, refunds and respond to chargebacks.
• To send transactional emails (receipts, lesson reminders, login links).
• To send marketing emails about new offers; you can unsubscribe from any marketing email at any time.
• To detect fraud, abuse and breach of our Terms.
• To improve our products through aggregated analytics.

3. Sharing With Third Parties

We share data only with the processors required to run the service: our payment provider (payments), our email delivery provider (order and login emails) and our cloud hosting providers. Each is bound by a data processing agreement and uses your data only to provide its service to us. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Retention

Account, payment and consent records are retained for seven years after your last interaction with us, which is the standard period for tax and dispute purposes. Marketing engagement data is retained until you unsubscribe. You may request deletion at any time by emailing our support team; we will erase data that is not subject to a statutory retention requirement.

5. Your Rights

Under UK GDPR and equivalent laws you have the right to access, correct, port, restrict and erase your personal data, and to object to processing for direct marketing. Email our support team with your request and we will respond within 30 days.

7. International Transfers

Some of our processors are based in the United States. Such transfers are made under Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard recognised by the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
